Beau Moultrie
CEO
Mr. Moultrie founded BDM Asset Management after being a Commercial Real Estate Broker for over a decade Mr. Moultrie began to participate in equity positions with his clients as they purchased new assets. This led to evolving from a transactional broker to ownership interests. Mr. Moultrie departed Crossman & Company as Head of the Brothers Properties portfolio and spearheaded 3rd party accounts for Retail Planning Corporation, after leaving Retial Planning Corporation Mr. Moultrie founded BDM Commercial Real Estate as an advisory entity to assist his portfolio of clients in analyzing commercial asset purchases to maximize returns and strategically plan value add to the assets and disposition of assets. Mr. Moultrie received a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Finance and Real Estate from Florida State University (“FSU”), Mr. Moultrie acitively gives back by being an instructor for ICSC’s Project REAP and hosting numerous mentees from FSU.
Eric Waters
President
Mr. Waters has over 30 years of financial industry experience focused primarily in Corporate Banking and Wealth Management lines of business. Waters has held multiple executive level career positions as a SVP with Synovus Private Bank, VP with Wachovia Wealth Management, and VP with First Union Bank, where he developed and enhanced client relationships. Leading client meetings and discussions covering investment strategy, account performance, new products, and market developments in an effort to promote client growth and client acquisition. Mr Waters achieved annual portfolio revenue goals of $2M dollars. Waters holds a BS in Economics and Finance Concentrations from the Savannah State University School of Business, Savannah GA. Waters holds advanced education certifications and licenses from ABA, CFP, & FINRA
